Spin - Skaters perform various spins such as the Sit Spin, Camel Spin, Combination Spin, and Flying Sit Spin. 3. Step Sequence - Skaters must perform intricate footwork, paying attention to the music and its rhythm. 4. Lifts - Pairs skaters perform lifts where the male partner lifts the female partner above his head. 5. Choreography - The skater must perform with expression and interpret the music according to the theme of the program.
