Establishment of Xichan Temple

Located in the western suburbs of Fuzhou, Xichan Temple was built during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period. It was reconstructed in the Song Dynasty when monk Yuzhi advocated the Chan School of Buddhism.
