Introduction

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience that I received from your company recently. As a loyal customer for the past three years, I was disappointed with the way my issue was handled by your customer service representative.

Body

The issue: On 1st November 2021, I received a defective product from your company. The product was not functioning correctly, and I immediately contacted your customer service department to initiate the return and replacement process. However, the customer service representative that I spoke to was unhelpful and unprofessional. They were not able to provide me with any solutions or answers to my queries. I had to hold on the line for over thirty minutes before I was informed that my issue would be addressed soon.

The second contact: Two days later, I decided to call your customer service department again to follow up on my issue. However, I experienced the same level of unprofessionalism and lack of support from your representative. The resolution: After four days of following up on my issue, I was finally able to get my product replaced. However, the experience was discouraging and off-putting, and I feel that your company could have done better in handling my situation.
